The following Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("User" or "Player") and msiawin ("Platform", "us"). By registering an account, accessing or using any part of the msiawin platform, you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to all Terms stated below.
01 Acceptance of Terms
Use of the msiawin platform, including all games, services, promotions and features available on it, is fully subject to these Terms. These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which also forms part of the overall agreement between you and msiawin.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are required to stop using the platform immediately. If you continue using the platform after any amendments are made to these Terms, that action is considered acceptance of the updated Terms.
The official language of these Terms is Bahasa Melayu. Should there be any inconsistency in other available language versions, the Bahasa Melayu version shall prevail.
02 Player Eligibility
To register and use the msiawin platform, you must meet all of the following criteria:

- A citizen or resident permitted to access online gambling services in your jurisdiction.
- Not included in any self-exclusion list or relevant gambling protection programme.
- Acting in a personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party.
- Have never held an msiawin account that was terminated due to a breach of Terms.
msiawin reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm player eligibility. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified period may result in temporary account suspension.
msiawin does not accept players from certain jurisdictions prohibited by the laws or licensing held by the platform. The list of such jurisdictions may change in line with updates to applicable licensing and regulations from time to time.
03 Account Registration
3.1 Accuracy of Information
You are required to provide true, accurate, current and complete information during the registration process. This information includes your full name, date of birth, email address and mobile phone number. Any false or misleading information may result in account termination and forfeiture of any existing balance.
3.2 One Account Per Player
Each player is only permitted to hold one msiawin account. Holding multiple accounts by the same individual — even using different names, email addresses or phone numbers — is a serious breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts will be terminated and balances in those accounts will be forfeited.
3.3 Account Security
You are fully responsible for keeping your login details confidential, including your username and password. Please ensure your password is unique and not shared with anyone. msiawin recommends that you change your password regularly and contact customer service immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access.
msiawin will never ask for your password via email, live chat or any other communication channel. Be cautious of any communication requesting your login information.
04 Deposits and Payments
msiawin accepts deposits via the payment methods listed below. All deposits are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) or supported cryptocurrency and will be credited to your account once payment confirmation is received.
4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods
Payment methods currently accepted by msiawin include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency namely USDT, BTC and ETH.
4.2 Minimum Deposit Amount
The minimum deposit for all payment methods is RM10. Any deposit below this limit will not be processed.
4.3 Deposit Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that the funds deposited are legitimate money belonging to you. msiawin reserves the right to delay or cancel the processing of deposits suspected to be linked to fraudulent activity or money laundering. All deposit transactions are final once confirmed by the platform.
05 Withdrawals
5.1 Minimum Withdrawal Limit
The minimum amount for each withdrawal is RM50. Withdrawal requests below this limit will not be processed.
5.2 Processing Time
msiawin aims to process all withdrawal requests within 1 hour of the request being made and confirmed. This timeframe is a general estimate and may vary depending on the verification process required.
5.3 Identity Verification
Before the first withdrawal or in certain situations requiring review, msiawin reserves the right to request identity verification documents. This is to ensure account security and compliance with know your customer (KYC) procedures. Requested withdrawals will not be processed until all required documents have been submitted and verified.
5.4 Withdrawal Methods
Withdrawals will be returned via the same payment method used for the deposit, or via another method approved by msiawin at the platform's discretion.
The wagering requirements for any bonus received must be fully met before withdrawal of bonus-related funds is processed. Failure to meet these requirements will result in the bonus portion being forfeited while the original deposit balance remains withdrawable.
06 Bonuses and Promotions
6.1 Welcome Bonus
New players are eligible to receive a welcome bonus of 150% of the first deposit, up to a maximum of RM500. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount received before funds can be withdrawn.
Calculation example:
- Deposit RM100 → bonus RM150 → balance RM250 → wagering requirement: RM150 × 10 = RM1,500
- Deposit RM800 → bonus RM500 (maximum cap) → balance RM1,300 → wagering requirement: RM500 × 10 = RM5,000
6.2 General Bonus Terms
- Each player is only eligible to receive the welcome bonus once.
- Bonuses may not be transferred or used by another player.
- msiawin reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus if abuse is suspected.
- Other promotions such as VIP weekly cashback, referral bonuses and special bonuses are each subject to specific terms that will be communicated to eligible players.
6.3 VIP and Cashback Programme
msiawin runs a VIP programme with four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each tier carries a different weekly cashback rate — Bronze up to 0.4%, Silver up to 0.8%, Gold up to 1.1%, and Platinum up to 1.5%. VIP tier advancement depends on player activity and loyalty over time.
07 Game Rules
All games available on msiawin — including online slots, live casino, sports betting and virtual sports — are operated in accordance with the rules set by their respective game providers. Game results are final and cannot be disputed except in cases of clear technical failure that is properly documented.
7.1 Game Fairness
Slot and casino games use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fair and unbiased results. msiawin is committed to providing a transparent and reliable gaming environment.
7.2 Technical Failure
Should a technical disruption occur during a game session, msiawin will assess the situation based on server records. 08 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the msiawin platform:
- Use of automated software, bots or scripts to assist gameplay.
- Collusion between players to manipulate betting outcomes.
- Bonus abuse through opposing bets or strategies designed to meet wagering requirements improperly.
- Transferring funds between accounts for the purpose of money laundering.
- Using false information or another person's identity during registration or verification.
- Any attempt to hack, breach, or disrupt the platform's systems.
Violation of any of the above restrictions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and legal action where necessary.
09 Account Termination
9.1 Termination by Player
You may request account closure at any time by contacting msiawin customer service via live chat or email at [email protected]. Before the account is closed, all pending wagering requirements must be completed, and eligible balances may be withdrawn in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure.
9.2 Termination by msiawin
msiawin reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player's account, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any part of these Terms.
- Suspicion of fraud or illegal activity.
- Request from a relevant authority or regulatory body.
- A player is found to be a self-excluded individual or protected under a gambling protection programme.
10 Responsible Gambling
